I’m wondering if there is a way to create Contact Groups in the Webex app that are tied to AD groups.
Similar to how we can do it with Jabber.
I am looking to migrate users from Jabber onto the Webex app.
This is with an on-prem Call Manager integration. It is not Webex Calling.
Users have been trained how to create their own Directory Groups in Jabber.
It’s great.
We can add and remove users from the group in AD, and the changes get reflected in Jabber with no end user intervention.
Is there anything similar to this with the Webex app?
All I’ve seen is to have the users manually create and manage their own contacts.
