Hello networkers,
Can anybody help me figure out below issue:
They are missing option # 5 corporate directory from several ip phones (7940 and 7945). In around April of this year 2015, I upgraded all of our Cisco ip phone firmware.
my call manager version is 8.6.
Please send instruction to troubleshoot and hopefully fix this directory issue.

Since its occurring on some phones and not all phones, try to factory reset one of the phones and check if that fixes it.
You can also try to change the firmware on one of the phones as well - most likely to be a firmware related issue.
