cptone and impendance

Hi all,

I have a 2691 Gateway with a NM-HDA in Nassau (Bahamas) and connected the

FXO port's to Batelco.

I have some problems to disconnect and pickup the lines. Anyone known which

kind of "cptone" and the value of impedance we should take?
