Hi,
I have setup CRA 3.1(3) 4 port Autoattendant on CCM 3.3.(3) , on my call manager i can see all my Route points and CTI ports registered properly and all lye in same CSS and partitions.
On the CRA End i can see the engine status running all services IN_SERVICE .
The problem is when i try to call the Route Point CRA doesnt accepts the call, in the traces i can see a line saying " Call Aborted due to timer or reRoute" , i checked the timer ( 5000ms) default.
Am not getting any clues for why this could be happening.
Any thoughts , ideas will be of great help for me !!

If timer is not the issue, then it could be port range you are using for CTI ports.

Try using "Reactive Script Dubug" and see if the script is getting hit, if yes this step by step debug will show you if you have any issues in the script.
