If you haven't already, I recommend you post this entry on the IP Telephony and Contact Center forums, where I think you'll find an audience more specific to your application. If you are using CallManager as your call processing application, you can create a CTI route point that has the directory number (extension) that is picked up by your new ICD application. You can create a temporary extension that is not dialable by your live system, for example 11000 and use that for testing.
