Hi,
I am using IVR 3.5 The service is not starting giving error "login failed username password mismatch".
Need urgent help.

Make sure that your Jtapi provider username and password matches on CCM and CRA.

Sounds like your Administrator account has recently changed - either name or password.
In windows, go to Start\Programs\Administrative Tools\Services.
Select Cisco CRA Engine and open its properties. Under the Log On tab, verify that the account the engine logs on as is Administrator or equivalent.
By default, the CRA Engine service runs as local Administrator. The account appears as ".\Administrator" unless it has been changed after installation.
Retype the correct Password in the password fields.
