Create programatically a new user in Callmanager ?

Is there a way to create programatically a new user and associate a phone with this user ?

perhaps in soap or xml ???

Do you know if it's possible ?

Do you have any experience in this domain ?

Yeah, You can do it with XML. I am doing the same using AXL API which is an XML interface.
