Can someone explain the difference between the following users? Some of these came from the CRS 3.0 Exam Test Objectives and I can't find them.
JTAPI - I got it. For IVR, CTI and CTI RP.
RMJTAPI - Resource Manager JTAPI user -- For ICD monitoring, agent status, etc.
Is RMCM the same as RMJTAPI?
And is there an ICD user?
Thanks.

RMCM is the subsystem that uses the RMUser to monitor the agent status. If someone was referring to RMCM as a user, then yes it would be the same as the RMJtapi user.
The ICDuser is an agent.

Yea, the test objectives, where my question comes from say:
Identify procedures for adding JTAPI user.
Identify procedures for adding RMCM user.
Identify procedures for adding ICD user.
JTAPI is under Subsystems > JTAPI
RMJTAPI (and I assume RMCM) is under Subsystems > ICD > RM JTAPI Provider?
So it looks like ICD user referrs to a resource?
Thanks.

Yep, that must be it. There is no other type of user in ICD. ICD Agent would have probably been a better description.
