Greetings
I have setup my CUCM and CUC
under the system call handler am using extension 5605
i have applied that to cti route point but the status is showing unknown
seems as if am missing something which i can't detect
what could that be. Thanks

Are you actually using the CTI RP with a TAPI/JTAPI app???? that's the only reason they would show as registered

Is not registered it's showing status unknown
I want to do call handler (auto attendant)
Between CUCM 8.5 and CUC 8.5
I get but only voice message calls not transfered to operator number or assign number
Am lost in the ocean

Then it will never register, and that's the expected behavior.
CTI ports/RPs will only register when they're associated to an application user that is used for a JTAPI/TAPI integration.
There are PLENTY of posts on CSC on simple AAs and I even created a small guide
