CTIOS 6.0 log in issues

agent logs in to desktop, times out. works on other desktops but not their own. where can i view the desktop logs for the agent?

Dear Diko,

You have to add the name and ip address of cti-os server in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file on your desktopp. I hope so that can resolve your problem or mail.
