CUBE SIP 503 Service Unavailable

Hello Experts, 

Would like to seek your assistance on understanding the attached SIP Logs. We are currently experiencing SIP 503 Service Unavailable response from the cube when the client PABX is using a certain Calling Party number. For isolation We tried connecting the Cube to CUCM and used the calling party with issue but it was successful so we are really confused. We also tried to compare the SIP invite from the non-working and working but the only difference was the calling party.

vgdebug_426pm > Cube Logs when connected to CUCM (working)

vgdebug_524pm > Cube Logs when connected to Client PABX (working)

vgdebug_442pm > Cube Logs when connected to Client PABX (not working)

Hi,
the INVITEs in the vgdebug_524pm and vgdebug_442pm looks the same, but they don't say anything about the root cause.

Maybe you need to do non-working and a working call with "debug ccsip all" turned on and also post the config (without any sensitive data like username, passwords, secret, ...)

@jrdiaz any update here? Or just a dead post?
