How can we Integrate CUCM 10.5 with Huawei MCU (VP9630) and TE30 End Point.

That would all depend on the protocols that are supported by your 3rd party, if they're SIP, it could be a SIP trunk to it, or as a SIP 3rd party device, or it could be as an H.323 GW.
