Hello All,
My SWSS contract have expired and we are up for renewal but were asked for contract number or instance number to proceed with the renewal.
how can I get these information from the CUCM or the License Manager?

If you don't know both contract and instant number, and if you have Sales order number. share the SO. From SO your partner can find the contract and instance number.
if you dont know the SO, ask your partner to contact local Cisco Renewals/Support AM . He can pull the SO, instance, Contract Number from the portal. A partner cannot get this informations from his CCW-r, but Cisco's Renewals/Support Manager can get this info.

Your partner which has sell the SWSS to you can get this info on https://software.cisco.com, going on Tradicional Licenses and looking for your CUCM instance licenses.
If this partner have included you as a Customer contact on contract information you receive e-mails from Cisco about contract expiration with this number
