Hello,
we have two Callmanager 6.1.2 as a Cluster (Pub/Sub) with 170 IP-Phones (7921/41/42/61/62/65/70/75). After the Update from 6.0 to 6.1.2 we can't export Phones with the Bulk Administration tool. I tried to export with "specific detail" and "all Detail". Here is the Output from the Job Scheduler:
Job ResultsJob Launched Date Time Job Result Status Number Of Records Processed Number Of Records Failed Total Number Of Records Log File Name. Export File Name.
09/12/2008 07:21:05 Success 19 0 19 1221196864#09122008072105.txt Fabeck32-eg-7961-2_09122008072105.txt
If i download and open the export file it is empty. Only The selected fields are at the beginning of the file.
I tried it with different searches, but i always get an empty file.
Somebody got an idea?

Hi,
I've got exactly the same problem here.
It seems that the records created with BAT before the upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1.2, are missing in the text file.
Records that are manually created (not with BAT) are in the exported file.

Hi,
This is fixed in Engineering Special 6.1(2.1112.2)
" CSCsq55185 Phones info exporting is not working "
I've installed this and it fixed the issue.
