CUCM Assistant Configuration Wizard failed

Hi,

I've run the Assistant Configuration Wizard, and it ended up with failures:

  • Fail to create CTI route point for Assistant Route Point
  • Fail to create directory number for RT Dial Pattern
  • Since there is one or more failure during insert/update, no database change occurs.

There's a couple of issues with this:

The first thing is: I would like to understand is why it's failed.

The second one is: Is there a way to re-run the Wizard when it failed?

I've found the answers myself:

I logged out from the UCM Admin page, then I logged in again, and I could re-run the wizard.

For the RT Dial Pattern, I took something like 1X instead of a +E.164 number which is needed, however, if we are using +E.164 DNs. Im going to change it afterwards.
