CUIC Reports in Finesse

Hello,

We are planning to put CUIC real-time reports for Agents as well as supervisors within the finesse desktop, As the CUIC realtime reports refreshes for every short duration, does this cause any issues to the CPU of the CUIC?

I would like to understand if there are any other impacts from the network/System Memory/Performance issue arise.... pls let me know

As you can see its a combination of various factors, you will need to use the bandwidth calculator and sizing calculator to determine the correct requirements for your setup.
