One of our customers asks if it's possible to install the cumulative patch for IIS (see Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-018) on the Unity server? Is the installation of this patch supported by Cisco?<br><br>Goswin<br><br>

The support policy for Microsoft Service Packs and Updates is the System Requirements doc which is available here:http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/sysreq/index.htmCheck under "Supported Optional Microsoft Service Packs".Since this is not a Service Pack it is okay to install it.KeithKeith ChambersUnity Technical LeadUnified Voice Team, San JoseCisco Systems
