Hi!
I setup CUP 7, intall CUPC on my notebook. CUPC work great with Outlook contact. But I find a problem. If a phone number in oulook contacts recorded as "555555 ext. 555", CUPC dial number like "555555ext.555". Of course, it is a wrong number for calling. How to teach CUPC to dial right number without "ext." word in dial stting?

Here first thing if you want to dial a number from outlook there is software or plugin is needed. You have cupc I suppose some communicator installed and want to make outside call which is nothing but a softphone like communicator which comes along with outlook

You have to unify the numbers. E.164 format is recommended.
The software is not smart enough to handle strings like "ext." in phone numbers.
