We have old DCM9900. And now we have a problem with access to this device. Device have a ping, but the web interface is unavailable. Reset of the chassis did not help.
Whether is it possible to return access to this device?
Whether is possible to connect through a telnet, for examlpe? We had this try. But all values of login/password was uncorrect and access deined.

I found an article talking to access it from the ROSA interface. Then, I did it and the web GUI accepted my user and password. So, solved to me.
