Deat Air in a Cisco 2651

Hi everyone,

We are using a Cisco 2651 and IOS 12.2(13), when we attempt to terminate a call on a PSTN telephone we get a ring and other times dead air.

We are pretty sure that those telephone numbers are working well as we tested using PSTN.

Do you have any idea or command to avoid this??, we need either terminate the call or get a tone

It will be better to test the DSP since some of the symptoms than can be attributed to DSP hardware or software issues are no audio heard, or dead air on the voice path after the call is connected.That usually result in a call setup failure. Here is the document that will help in testing the DSP.
