Trying to reset DMP 4310G. Holding the reset button for 10-15 seconds as mentioned and then trying to login using admin/default but its not working.
Is there a different default user name and password for DMP 4310G ?

Try resetting the DMP again and hold the reset button for 25 to 30 seconds. I encountered the same issue before.
