Hi guys,
Quick question: What is the call processing delay introduced by Call Manager on a typical call? IP to IP phone and IP phone to PSTN (if there is any difference). I am trying to calculate the typical delay for calls in my network. I am trying to pin down the predominant cause of echo.
Thanks for the help.
Regards,
Ade

Didn't see anything on the specific call processing delay in Call Manager, but these may be helpful:

Thanks,
I have already reviewed the first and last documents but the 2nd one seems to include a lot of the additional details I am looking for. It does not say anything about Call Manager but it gives me a fair idea of what I am working with.
Thanks again and have a great day.

Ade
