For email, it'll stay in deleted items box if I deleted it from outlook inbox. But if I deleted it from TUI, it completely gone. How can I have it saved in the deleted items box as I did from outlook?
In the Class of Service for subscribers you can dictate if deleted messages are copied to the deleted items folder or not (all mesages, not just email). By default this is off and messages are deleted for good when removed over the phone.
