Departmental Reports - CDR / CAR ver4.0

I have a customer that is wanting to produce monthly reports detailing call information within a department. The users all have department id's configured within Global Directory but there does not appear to be a method of selecting users within a specific department when running a Department Bill User Report. Can it be done or is there an alternative solution ??,

You must also assign each user a "Manager", in that field you will enter the UserID of their Manager. After that if you login w/ the Managers UserID into CAR, they can run user reports for anyone that has them specified as a Manager.
