dialing digits too fast causes busy signal

has any else seen this issue:

Our users dial a external phone #, but if they dial the digits at a normal pace they get a busy signal, while if they dial slowly the call completes? We are on ccm 3.3.3.sr4 and using a h323 gateway...

You should adjust "interdigit timeout" parameter to lower value.

I'm not sure that will help, but i will take a look. It works when they dial slowly, but not when they dial quickly...any other suggestions?

I'm having a similar issue with CME.  Any suggestions?

Take a look on your route, if you dont have overlapping dial-plan.
