A customer wants to configure Band A and Band B call routing for the Call Manager. There are thousands of numbers that have to be configured. These numbers also changed periodically. After the intial configuration using route filters is finished is there a way to automate this through a spread sheet or database rather than going back and changing the filters manually.

I think you can probably use Bulk administration tool fo this purpose

I don't htink Bulk Admin will allow you to input Route patterns or route filters.
