Difference between ICD Standard license and ICD Enhanced Licence for CRS

Does anyone know the exact difference between the ICD Standard license and ICD Enhanced license cos with my ICD standard license the database, Email and HTTP subsystem are not available to me which I require. The only ones that I have are the Jtapi, ICD and Cisco Media.

Furtheremore is there any diffrence on the no of agents that can log in between the ICD Standard license and ICD Enhanced license
