display name instead of number

Hello,

We have integrated our CUCM with MS Unified Messaging server.  When users pressed the Messages button on the IP Phone it will dials the number configured on the Voice Mail Pilot (e.g. 13121234567).  This will match a route pattern that is forwarding the call to the SIP trunks connected to the MS Unified Messaging Server.  Everything is working fine but we want to display "UM Voicemail" in the phone's LCD instead of the "13121234567".

How can we do this?

Since it is configured as Pilot/Direcoty number you can modify the digits and have it displayed in words. The pilot number of your vm should go away once connected

thank you for your reply.  however, i didn't use any Directory Number for this.  i only use voice mail pilot (under voicemail menu) and route pattern.
