I have 5 CCM clusters in 5 cities, all connected via a Gatekeeper. 4-digit dialing is set for calls between these clusters. All calls go through no problem.
Here's the rub ...
I noticed, upon finishing a 4 site upgrade from CCM 3.1.4 to CCM 3.3.2 spA and 1 site install of CCM 3.3.2 spA, that if I call one of the IP Phones at the site that was the new install I see the associated name next to the extension (the one that was assigned to that user in the DCDirectory). BUT ... on those sites that I upgraded from 3.1.4 to 3.3.2, I do NOT see their names when I dial them, only the 4-digit extension.
Can anyone point me to TAC documentation that describes how this should work, the underlying mechanics, etc, or even tell me how I can get this to work on all the clusters?
