We have a VG200 with 4 pots lines that forward incoming calls to CCM v3.2 When a customer calls any one of 4 phone numbers, is there a way the called number can be displayed on a 7960 phone. Can the call number be translated to a string, then displayed? That way our customer service rep will know how to answer and deal with the call. Thanks.
