DMM (5.2.3) LCD Status "Not Set"

I feel like I'm pretty close to being set up, but I can't get the LCD Status correct. I'm using the 4310g DMPs with the Cisco 40" LCD.  I've tried to run the DMP Polling Task a number of times and have reset the DMP's back to default settings.  Any ideas what to do next?

Thought I'd add that I've run the https://< ip address >:7777/get_param?=*.* and everytime it returns "init.screen_display_stat   T_LONG  -1"

Happens whether I try to turn off or on .... no change ever.

Hi. Have the same.

AFAIK this issue hasnt been fixed yet.

We are experiencing the same issue as you, however not all of our DMP's display this issue.  I'd say about have are giving the correct LCD status and the other half are displaying "Not Set".

 

Did you ever manage to find a solution?
