Our server is running an older version of the DMM so I had to downgrade one of our new DMPs from 5.1 to 5.0.3. Since I installed the downgrade the DMP has become non-responsive. Has anyone ran across this? If so how can you fix it, I want to try and re-install the OS but I am unable to access the DMP to run the firmware installer.

HELP! Jason

* Please try setting the DMP back to factory defaults.  Push the reset button on the back and hold for at least 10 seconds or to the DMP beeps and reboots.

* If that does not work,  After the  reset to factory defaults try a HARD reboot by unplugging power and reapplying power adapter.
