Hi all
I came in today to find that most of the players on DMM are status down.
DMM version: 5.2.2
DMPs version: 5.2.3
after checking I notice that the certificate installed in all DMP are expired.
Can you show me how can I fix the issue?
Thanks.

In theory your DMM and DMPs should always be at the same release level. I would suggest upgrading your DMM to 5.2.3 first. Then use the 5.2.3 patch to fix this issue.
Take care

Your DMPs should be all set and should not need to be reloaded.

Yes the certificates have expired. Take a look at the field notice
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7220/prod_field_notices_list.html and it walks you through applying a patch to resolves the issue.

I resolved the problem yesterday by upgrading and patch 5.2.3.
I want know how much time the patch still valid or I must upgrade to last version?

Glad you resolved your problem.
I not sure how long the certificate is good for but I figure at least a couple of years. You might want to start thinking about upgrading as your version is a bit old and there has been improvements with 5.3.
