This isnt entirely what your asking but here is some knowledge I have.
I was looking into hardening our DMP server and found out that the server runs a version of redhat and you are not able to run any sort of AV software on the box. All I have been able to do is keep it out of our DMZ and close down any unneccessary ports.
I know this isnt exactly what your looking for but its a start.
