Sure; press CallForwardAll, then press the Voicemail buttton. All calls are fowarded to voicemail until you turn off CallForwardAll.

Check out Callmanager 4.1 Barge and Privacy features;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00802e224d.html

DND is supported best with CCME, where you can have visual notification of a call but not audible, CCM does not support that kind of DND, privacy is only for shared lines and call forward all to VM will of course send it straight to VM without giving you the opportunity to answer it, in case if it was an important call and you wanted the option to answer it, then this will not work

Would setting the ringer to mute equal to Do Not Disturb? Visual but no audio.

If you are referring to making the ring setting of the line in CCM to not ring , then yes that would make it a visible notification however it can only be done by the administrator whereas the DND feature of CCME is a softkey and can be turned on and off by the user, of course you can turn the volume of the ringer all the way down on the phone.
