Does Extension mobility CRA 2.2 supports with CM 3.2.2c ...?

Hi ,

I have installed CRA 2.2 and CCM ver 3.2.2c on a single machine. Trying to configure the Extension mobility.

if I login through the WEB using the following link the phone logs in to the profile as well as i can logout also.

http://10.10.10.243/loginservice/tools/sampleloginapp.asp

But if i try to login through the phone services , it displays the login and logout service , if select " login" it displays UPDATE and does not prompt for the USERID and PWD.

I refred the foll doc for the config

anyone faced this problem....?

Reset the password for CCMSysUser in AD using

C:\dcdsrvr\bin\CCMPWDChange

Restart the following services

- Cisco Extended Functions

- Cisco Extension Mobility Logout

- Cisco Tomcat
