DX650 registered with SSL VPN ,but can not receive a call

Hello,

As title, when this DX650 registered in intranet is all good.But when it's in extranet registered with SSL VPN, only can call out ,but can't reveive a call.

It means this DX650 is 1001 ,other phone or jabber is 1002, when 1002 call 1001 : call can not be completed this dail,please confirm you directory and call again...........

when 1001 call 1002, it's availble in voice. In video ,1002 can receive video, but 1001 can not.

What should I need to do to solve this problem?

Hi Stanley,

Its most likely a network issue where some ports are being blocked. Packet captures from DX650 for a test call that fails will help. SIP and RTP ports should be opened in both directions. You can also enable web access on the DX650 and collect the console logs to see if there are any errors being reported there.

I fallowed first answer to do. Turned off SIP packet inspection on the perimeter firewall, then DX650 can receive a call.
