easy getback transfered call

Is there an easy way to get back a transfered call? I know that it is possible with interception but when the call is not answered and goes to the next phone the user do not know where it goes. Also if I stay with the phone on hand, transfert the to a other number and do not have a get in 2 or 3 ring, I woud take them back to trie an other number on a quick way.

You can use Cisco Personal Assistant to achieve this feature.

The Personal Assistant is only for CM (as I could see in the doc). As we are using CME, is the a similar tool or is it usable with CME?
