em login unsuccessful error 1

Hi everyone,

After integration with AD I can't get exension mobility to work. While looking at the emapp logs, i can see that its trying to access the wrong url for users are logging in.

Does anyone where the http://ipaddress/LoginService/Login.asp should be set?

Can you please explain your setup ? Which CM is the EM server PUB or SUB?

If you can please post part of the trace where you get the error [1].

The URL you posted "http://ipaddress/LoginService/Login.asp" is for is for CCM 3.1.

If you have upgraded too and using CallManager 3.3(X), please make sure that the services URL for EM Login is set too:

http:///emapp/EMAppServlet?device=

#DEVICENAME#

per:
