Email messages being counted in "saved messages"

I have some mailboxes which include email in the 'saved messages' prompt. Whereas, some other mailboxes only include the actual VM 'saved messages'. Any suggestions?<br><br>

Any chance those folks that have email messages being counted in saved messages have TTS enabled on their Class of Service? Also, receipts and NDRs will be counted, could that be the issue?
