I have installed Emergency Responder 1.1.4 on a 7825H and when the system starts, the two CER services do not start. They do not produce any errors in Event Viewer nor to the screen when they fail. I have reviewed the two install log files, and short of me picking an incorrect key code on installation, which of course I corrected to complete the install, I do not see any errors. There is a statement in the log file pertaining to the 7825, stating that it is not compatible, yet it calls for a 7825. The only thing I can think of related to this is the fact that the server is a 7825H instead of an older model 7825.
I wanted to include the log files, but they are too large to be included.
Any ideas on why the services fail to start or a way to determine why they fail?
