In our setup it has been done by changing couple of parameters ( as decribed in TMSXE installation guide) for the room mail box settings in exchange, and then configure the exchange connection on TMSXE side. Now when we book the rooms on exchange, the information is being replicated to TMS. If we book two video enabled rooms in a single meeting, TMS recognoize it as a video meeting.
