Enabling Services Bulk Method?

We have a callmanager 4.1.3. Is there a bulk method for enabling "My Address book", "Fast Dials", and other services for all IP Phones through Callmanager, BAT, or application?

I found in the bat tool under update phones section where I can add phone services, but it requires a username and pin. Is there a way I can somehow tell the bat tool to leave the usernames and pins to their existing settings?

Typically with BAT the field settings will not change if you leave the field blank during the import, so this may address your username and pin issue. I am also looking for a way to bulk import address book and services information for 1000 phones, but we do not have extension mobility enabled, so I don;t see a way to import the desired fields without turning on ext mobility.
