Error memory of voice gateway

Hi all,

We are using more Cisco enquipments for VoIP service, but unfortunately, some of them have a error memory, and they was been auto restart. When I showed version, the error as:

System returned to ROM by shared memory parity error at PC 0x60373750 at 09:19:3

1 UTC Fri Mar 8 2002

System restarted at 09:20:11 UTC Fri Mar 8 2002

System image file is "flash:c5300-is-mz.122-7a.bin"

For temperary running, Could I disable the error memory block? Thank.

I suspect (as you do) a physical memory problem. Open a case with TAC.
