EX, MX registered with CUCM can not make calls to the PSTN
I have an EX and MX registered with CUCM, I can make internal calls perfectly but when I try to make a call to the PSTN does not even ask me the FAC code, the number appears 9XXXXXXXX @ hostnamecucm, I need some pattern route or I should do ?
From the android jabber, jabber desktop I have no problem.
The problem I realized is that the device does not ask me the tone for the FAC, if I put the code number plus FAC the call is made. And the same with the jabber in adroid and iphone dont asks the code fac end the end user is hoping he does not know.
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
