Hi, i'm going to deploy VCS C+E environment for DX series connect to CUCM through MRA. as i know that i need to install public CA on VCS E, can anybody give me a detail step to install public CA on VCS E?

The VCS docs have a whole doc dedicated to certificate creation and use, have you reviewed it???

I just want to know if i only need request server certification for expressway E from public CA?

Yes, at the very least, you should have your EXP-E signed by a public CA to avoid the overhead of deploying the root cert to all devices.

Should i reset to default CA certificate under trusted CA certificate after install server CA? or append something?

You should append the CA trust chain before applying the public cert to your Expressway Edge.

Dear Jonathan when we install public CA to expressway e, the DX series can be connected through MRA but EX and SX series cannot. Do u know what is the problem?
