Expressway-MRA, No video call for Jabber clients if both register through expressway

Hi,

we have an issue when two Jabber client are trying to make a video call when both registered through expressway (using 4G network) but if the same user trying to make a video call with some one inside the LAN the call established well.

could you please advise! what could be the issue?
