I have set up one device profile for each user, based on 7960 device type with an edited softkey template.
When the user logs into a 7912, the softkey template is not applied. Rather than creating separate device profiles for each user, I would much prefer to have just one device profile where the sofkey temlate is applied regardless of the phone type they log into.
Is there anyway of doing this, or am I asking the impossible?
