Reverting to DC directory from AD, we have tried to restore extension mobility, however the following is happening. Have run the admin password utility to reset ccmsysuser etc passwords and rebooted.
After selecting option 1 - Login, the system says Requesting.... and eventually seems to time out and returns Login Unsuccessful and Error: [6]. Press Login again (as you're still at that screen) and does the responds with same msg instantly - ie no timeout.

Hi, have you checked that the user in global directory is associated to the extension mobility profile?

Error 6 in Extension Mobility login process means:
"Database Error: The Extension Mobility service received an error while trying to communicate with the database."
Please check your EM configuration and also that the DC Directory replication is working correctly.
