Extension Mobility:Login Uncessfull -Error [11]

Hi,

I have an CCM 4.1.2 intregated with AD, and i have extension mobility configured.

When i press services button and enter user id and pin i receive Login unsuccessfull error [11].

If i enter wrong pin i receive authentication error.

I don't understand what is happening here.

I also can see on the phone the users of the directory.

Any suggestion,please?

Error 11 indicates "Device Does Not Exist: The specified device for login or logout does not exist in the system"

Do you have device profiles defined properly and associated with the user?

Hi,

yes i have device profiles created and associated with user.

I forgot to tell that this error appeared when we changed password of Administrator with CCMPwdChanger.exe utility.

Yes, i had already restart CCM Server.

Could i reinstall DC plugin or do i have to uninstall and install again?
